Soak your legs for between five and fifteen minutes. The Epsom salt can be found in your local store, or anywhere first aid supplies are sold.

Stretch your toe

The first step is sitting comfortably, then use a strap to grasp your toe, you can use your hands if you are flexible. Pull the toe through a comfortable range of motion while holding it for thirty seconds. Repeat it several times. Stretch the toe away from the next toe while also holding for thirty seconds, continue repeating the process. If you big toe has a bunion, grab the big toe and stretch it away from the next toe. If the pain worsens, then you should discontinue.

Apply a topical analgesic
There are many different options when it comes to pain relief creams and gels. They can be found in stores or online. These products contain menthol or other similar ingredients that cause] a cooling sensation causing pain relief. There are also some products that contain capsaicin, a compound that is derived from chili peppers, it blocks the pain signals temporarily to the areas where it is applied.

Try a toe spacer or a bunion relief
There are some bunion relief devices that can reduce the pain and inflammation mainly by reducing the stress on the joints of the toe. The devices come in different sizes, choose ones that you feel most comfortable wearing.
